A: We are factory specialized in paper cup and other paper food packaging for more than 12 years.

Q: Do you provide the samples?
A: Yes, the existing samples are free but you need pay for the shipping fee. For custom samples we will charge the plate fee.

A: Samples will arrive within 3-10 working days, depending on the timeliness of express delivery. Large order , it will take 15 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in 5 layers cartons. lf you have special requirement we can do it.

Q: How should l pay for you if l place an order to you?
A: Usually, the Payment terms Paypal, T/T, West Union could be accepted. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages.
